Golf Performance Services
Golf Kinematics brings movement, practice, and golf performance together in one place.
WHERE TO BEGIN
THREE WAYS TO WORK ON THE GAME.
Some golfers are looking for a better way to practice. Others want to understand how their body is moving, build a more consistent routine, or prepare for competitive golf. The right starting point depends on the golfer and the goal.
Golf Kinematics offers three primary ways to work on the game: Muscle Reactivation™, indoor golf, and ongoing membership access.
01 / MOVEMENT
Muscle Reactivation™
The golf swing depends on coordinated movement throughout the body. When mobility, coordination, or movement patterns change, the effects may show up in the way the swing feels or performs.
Muscle Reactivation™ begins with an assessment of how the body moves during golf-specific tasks. Sessions may include muscle testing, mobility evaluation, movement analysis, targeted neuromuscular techniques, corrective exercises, and golf-specific recommendations.
The focus is on movement quality and on providing useful information to support practice, training, and golf performance.
02 / PRACTICE
Indoor Golf Simulator
Indoor golf at Golf Kinematics goes beyond hitting balls into a screen.
Foresight Falcon provides detailed club and ball data for full-swing practice, while PuttView adds an interactive putting environment for green reading, start line, speed control, and distance control.
Together, the systems allow golfers to work on more of the game in one place, from driver and approach shots to breaking putts.
Indoor golf can be used for focused practice, competitive play, lessons, or simply keeping the game sharp throughout the year.
03 / ACCESS
Memberships
Improvement usually takes more than an occasional practice session.
Golf Kinematics memberships are designed for golfers who want more consistent access to indoor golf technology and golf performance services. Options range from four simulator sessions per month to unlimited access and memberships that include ongoing performance support.
Each level is built around a different type of golfer, from those looking for a structured weekly routine to those who want regular access to both practice and performance care.
Finding the Right Place to Start
There is no single way to work on a golf game.
A golfer focused on movement may begin with Muscle Reactivation™. Someone looking for more productive practice may start with the indoor golf simulator. Golfers who already know consistent practice will be part of the routine may find that a membership makes more sense.
For some, these services will overlap over time. That is part of the Golf Kinematics approach: movement, practice, and performance are connected rather than treated as separate parts of the game.
Golf Performance Built Around the Individual
Golfers arrive with different bodies, different swings, and different goals. Golf Kinematics is designed around that reality.
By combining golf-specific movement assessment, sports medicine, indoor golf technology, and consistent practice opportunities, golfers have access to more information about both the mechanics of the swing and the results of the shot.
Whether the focus is movement quality, more purposeful practice, competitive preparation, or simply playing more often, the starting point should reflect the individual golfer.
